Hi there newby, and welcome! With Joolsi you can share and pick up content locally. A geo-locked message that can be unlocked at the location of your choice. Just download the app on the Apple App Store or explore the rest of the frequently asked questions to find out more.

Whoopa, now we're talking! Just download the Joolsi app from the Apple App Store, open the app, and we’ll take you through the onboarding process from there. It’s just that simple.

We are currently available on iOS only. If you don’t own an iPhone, keep an eye on our website for the latest updates on Joolsi to come to Android.

You can block or unblock someone on Joolsi by going directly to their profile. From your privacy settings, you can also view your blocked accounts list, where you can choose to unblock someone from the list. When you block or unblock another user, they aren't notified about the change.

If you have a Joolsi account, you can report abusive content, spam or anything else that doesn't follow our Community Guidelines. Keep in mind that your report is anonymous. The account you reported won’t see who reported them.

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it here using your email address.

From a privacy point of view, Joolsi never share your exact location with other users, unless you choose to do so. A Wink does not appear in the exact location where it is placed. Instead, it will be displayed randomly within a radius of the chosen location on the map, to accommodate your and the recipient's privacy. Even when you share a Wink at your current location or at a recipient's last known location.

We require information about your signup and current location, which we get from signals such as GPS, your IP address or device settings, to securely and reliably set up and maintain your account and to provide our services to you. All content shared on the Joolsi community such as photos and videos is provided with location data. To unlock the content, and gain access to the photo or video, your device must be physically in the range of the location the content set to.

Unfortunately we do not have an automated process in place yet to disable or permanently delete an account. Please send an email to with your request. Make sure to use your registered email address so we can verify your account.

Please be aware that when you request to delete content or your account, the deletion process will begin no more than thirty (30) days after your request. It may take up to ninety (90) days to delete content after the deletion process begins. While the deletion process for such content is being undertaken, the content is no longer visible to other users.
